Step 1: turn on Usage Access

If screen-time goals don’t track, this is usually the reason.

Step 2: exclude RageFit from battery optimization

Some Android devices kill background tracking.

Go to: Settings β†’ Battery β†’ Battery Optimization β†’ RageFit β†’ Don’t optimize

Step 3: pick the right target

Start with a target you can actually hit. Example: If you average 4h/day, don’t jump to 1h/day overnight.
