🎯 Goals

Goals are the core of RageFit. Each goal has:

  • a target (what success means)

  • a deadline (when it’s due)

  • a tracking method (manual or device-tracked)

Create a goal

Go to Home → Create Goal.

Pick a goal type:

  • Manual: you check it off yourself

  • Steps: RageFit reads your step count (permission required)

  • Screen time (Android): RageFit measures app/device usage (Usage Access required)

  • Focus timer: RageFit tracks a timed session

Goal status meanings

  • Active: you’re still on time

  • Completed: you hit the target

  • Missed: deadline passed and you failed

  • Pending roast: you missed it and a roast is being generated

  • Roasted: the roast is in your inbox

Tip: Start with goals so easy they’re almost embarrassing. Raise difficulty only after you build the habit.

Editing and deleting goals

You can edit targets/deadlines to make goals realistic. Adjusting isn’t “cheating” — it’s calibration.
