Welcome to RageFit — a gamified accountability app built around one simple loop:

  1. Set a goal

  2. RageFit tracks it

  3. If you miss it, you get roasted

  4. You learn, adjust, and keep your streak alive

What RageFit is best at

  • Simple goals you can’t ignore (deadlines, targets, streaks)

  • Real tracking (steps, screen time, focus timer — depending on your device permissions)

  • Accountability pressure (friends, rivals, leaderboards, events)

  • Fast feedback (roasts + notifications when you slip)

Important: Roasts are meant to be funny and motivating — not cruel. You can tone them down or turn them off in Settings → Content Preferences.

Get started in 5 minutes

1) Create your first goal

Go to Home → Create Goal and pick a goal type:

  • Manual goal (you check it off)

  • Steps goal

  • Screen time goal (Android)

  • Focus timer

2) Enable notifications

Notifications are how RageFit holds you accountable. If notifications are off, RageFit becomes… a nice todo list.

3) Enable tracking permissions (if needed)

Some goal types need permission:

  • Android screen time goals require Usage Access

  • Steps goals may require fitness permissions (depends on OS/device)

4) Watch the loop happen once

Miss a tiny goal on purpose (set a short deadline) so you can see:

  • a roast land in your Ragebait Inbox

  • a notification (if enabled)

  • how “mark as read” works

5) Add a friend or rival

Accountability gets real when someone else can see your streak.
